Singapore-born Alexander von Lukowitz studied feature film production at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, Ludwigsburg. his graduation film won him the new talent prize for young producers in 2001. he began his career working for the production company Action Concept, Cologne as a producer for the successful TV series ‘Alarm für Cobra 11’. in 2002 he started working for box! Productions in Berlin, where he was responsible for developing international scripts and TV feature films. subsequently, he founded Elephant Filmproduktion GmbH, where he is acting partner and in 2008 he joins the M.A.R.K. 13 fleet as commander-in-chief (aka managing director) of our Berlin branch.

Tom Traber is a corporate and commercial films director with years of experience in working for companies with a global reach. Tom started his career as assistant director and production manager, at the same time as studying journalism. after his graduation he wrote and directed a number of award winning short films. in 1997 Tom began studying feature film directing at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, Germany, where he teamed up with Alexander von Lukowitz with whom he realised several films.
after moving back to his home turf of Switzerland, Tom founded his own production company Traberfilm focussing on the production of corporate films. he looks back on a track record of more than 100 films, which he directed, wrote and/or produced.
Tom joins M.A.R.K.13 in 2008 to head our corporate films division. be it as a director or as a creative executive producer Tom brings brands to life by telling engaging stories with intellectual zest and a human touch.
