polish-born Martin R. Wilk studied fine arts and philosophy. being a true and honest atari addict, he began his career as a designer for computer games in 1995 as well as working as a producer and creative on several games projects. later he moved to trendsetting german studio Silverhaze as a 3d artist, where his’ and M.A.R.K. 13 co-founder Dominique’s paths crossed. in 1997 Martin debuted as director for fully animated cg music videos. always in the fast lane the next couple of years saw him working for various companies as head of compositing, cg director, vfx director and director. since 2004 he is a fulltime freelance director and currently works in south east asia.

in 2008 he joins the M.A.R.K. 13 armada in the quest against dull commercials as special agent for beautiful and edgy visuals, strong emotions, a twisted sometimes downright sick sense of humour and subculture style. Martin’s films stand out and never fail to capture the audience, so if you are looking for something out of the ordinary you have to go the Wilky way.
